All new clients must fill out required forms at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Forms will be sent via text after booking. If this is not done, appointment will be auto-cancelled and the timeslot will be forfeit. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be charged up to 100% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next client’s scheduled time, while still being charged the full session rate. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
